Research Keywords: TB, animal models, recombinant BCG, preclinical trials Biography: My main focus has been to determine whether biofilms are relevant for infection produced by M. tuberculosis-complex bacteria, and how do recombinant BCG strains that have different biofilm-producing capacity as compared with parental BCG, perform as vaccine candidates.
