Biography: As well as being VALIDATE’s Executive Manager, Sam is a Business and Personal Coach, trained through Barefoot Coaching, with a Postgraduate Certificate in coaching from University of Chester, and a member of the International Coach Federation. She has a long held interest in personal development, psychology, mental health, career satisfaction, and living a fulfilling life full of big dreams, success, happiness and joy. She enjoys helping clients work out what they want from life and how to get there. Sam was an internal coach at University of Oxford from 2018-2025, and has been a guestspeaker for the Springboard programme for professional women and at Oxford University’s Careers Fair.
