At NIBSC we develop standards and reference materials, test medicinal products and carry out scientific research; activities that are essential for making sure the biological medicines patients receive are safe and effective.
As a centre of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency we play a leading role in protecting and improving public health and supporting innovation through scientific research and development.
Our collaborative, multi-institutional 3-year PhD studentships offer an opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise in biological medicines and gain valuable experience working in different research environments.
