Research Keywords: TB, animal models, RNAseq, vaccines, mycobacterial growth inhibition assay, MTB complex Biography: I am currently undertaking a MRC-funded PhD studentship at LSHTM, jointly supervised by Helen Fletcher, Rajko Reljic and Andrea Zelmer. My PhD project focuses on immune correlates and the host immune response to TB vaccination, using the mycobacterial growth inhibition assay and RNAseq.
