Biography:

Dr. Pasetti conducts research on vaccines and immunology, in animal models and in humans following infection and vaccination. Her main areas of interest are: maternal-infant immunity, pediatric vaccines, the role of B cells and antibodies protection against mucosal pathogens. Her work is supported by NIH and private foundation/sponsors. Dr. Pasetti also oversees the Applied Immunology Section at the CVD, which provides support and performs immunological measurements for clinical studies.
